Our Story Begins Here

❊ About Us

Connecting Families.
One Ride at a Time.

At Loop Foundation, we believe that families are stronger when they are connected — and communities are stronger when every person has a chance to re-enter society with dignity and opportunity.

Our nonprofit was created to bridge the gap between incarceration and community, making sure that loved ones can visit, stay connected, and receive the support they need during some of the most challenging times. Beyond visitation, we are committed to building comprehensive re-entry pathways so that returning citizens have access to housing, jobs, mental health support, and the tools to rebuild their lives.

We know that incarceration doesn’t just impact the individual — it impacts entire families and neighborhoods. That’s why our programs focus on:

  • Family Support: Transportation and visitation assistance that helps loved ones stay connected.

  • Re-Entry Services: Guidance, resources, and community partnerships that support successful reintegration.

  • Community Empowerment: Advocacy, outreach, and education to break cycles of isolation and build hope.

Our work is rooted in equity, compassion, and innovation. From providing families with affordable and reliable ways to visit their loved ones, to developing mental health and support initiatives, Loop Foundation exists to close the distance — literally and emotionally — between people and the resources they need.

Together, with the support of families, partners, and community advocates, we are building a future where connection fuels healing, and every individual has a fair chance to thrive..
